Sean Tecson

Non-profit theatre arts administrator and educator turned employee experience and operations specialist. He believes in cultivating meaningful experiences that help people thrive in the workplace. When employees feel supported and valued, they do their best work.

Sean started his career working in marketing, communications, and fundraising at a nonprofit Asian-American theatre company in New York City. Along the way, he worked with various nonprofit organizations including an arts service organization and a Broadway theatre company, developing skills in event planning, workshop design, and professional development.
