Twitter Plays performed this Saturday

The New York Neo-Futurists perform TwitterPlays written by Twitter followers. The TwitterPlays are part of PRIDE Meets the Street, Saturday, June 27 from 3pm to 7pm on 4th Street between 2nd Avenue & Bowery.

We will be performing TwitterPlays by (in alpha order): @adam_smith, @alphabeteyes, @AstronautOne, @bilald, @BorgiBorg, @BostonCourt, @C_Winston, @calindrome, @cdiercksen, @corrbette, @CRB212, @dloehr, @epfeffin, @fauxmaux, @fuzzy, @happierman, @JaceyTH, @jlepine, @krisjoseph, @LadyBash, @lagunadeb, @lisekatevans, @MajaMajaMaja, @milyadis, @nycnic2305, @PlanetofFinks, @sachsy, @Savage575, @schlchtmyr ,@stevegreer, & @toocoolferskool. (UPDATE: accidentally left off @finalgirl… what?!)

Many apologies to those whose plays we didn’t get to perform. There were many variables in the selection process. There were 100 more writers (and 400+ more plays) we couldn’t fit into the show (including some of our own Neos got left out!) Such great plays, kids! Y’all are so good. We’re proud of you. Hope you can make it out on Saturday to what we think is the first ever production of Twitter-made plays. Well, we’re going to claim it, anyway. The event is from 3pm to 7pm and it’s free!
